To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If you incorrectly input your address, you will need to wait until you receive tracking and contact the carrier directly to make changes.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it: You must contact the delivery carrier (see chart) with your tracking number and address the issue directly with them. Curly Hair Solutions/Curl Keeper does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation in your email. Once you receive this confirmation, nothing can be cancelled, added or taken away from your order. Shortly after you will receive a tracking number, that number will not generate any information until a day or two after it has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

We try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled to add forgotten items.

Pricing Policy

Orders will be charged in the appropriate currency based on the Customers location at time of ordering. If customer is in the USA when they place their order or has a U.S. IP address, the currency charged with be USD. If customer is in Canada or has a Canadian IP address when they place their order, the currency charged will be CAD.

Offers and Promotion Codes

Offer codes are found only on www.frizzoff.com and are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only ONE offer code may be used per order. Please read the details associated with each promo code carefully for valid offer period and restrictions. Promo codes are valid ONLY at the time they are on www.frizzoff.com and are not applied to orders that are placed outside of the time frame the promotion code is running.

Order Delivery

If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, a notice will be left indicating where you can pick up your package. This is a customary practice if the receiver isn’t home. If you live in an apartment, we cannot guarantee your package will be left at your door in case of theft. Curly Hair Solutions/Curl Keeper is not responsible for stolen packages that are instructed to be left at your door. Consider shipping to an alternate address such as your work so this can be avoided.

Product Return Process

No refunds on opened/unopened accessories or E-Gift Cards. No exceptions At Curly Hair Solutions® we strive for your complete satisfaction in our products. We offer a complete money back guarantee on all our products within 45 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will not be processed for products after the 45 days, no exceptions. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us at info@frizzoff. com. If you fail to inform us of an order that has not been received over 14 days, we will be unable to reship or reimburse you for your order.

  • Ensure that you have printed and filled out the ‘Product Return Sheet’ completely; including your order number and payment method information. This sheet MUST accompany the returned products.
  • Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and are not reimbursed by Curly Hair Solutions.
  • Send the package by regular mail. Do not send it to with Fed Ex or UPS. Any extra charges will not be covered by Curly Hair Solutions.
  • Please use the ‘Return Address’ below to ship the items back too, NOT the address they came from. Mark the package in several areas ‘Gift with No Value’.
  • Please keep in mind if you have purchased the products from any website or retail location except www.frizzoff.com we do not accept returns, you will need to adhere to the return policy of the establishment you purchased the products at. This includes the Curly Hair Institute: products are not accepted for return at the Curly Hair Institute if they have been purchased through www.frizzoff.com
  • Once we receive the package we will apply a refund to your credit card/PayPal for the full price of the products, less the original shipping costs. You will receive email confirmation that we have refunded you and received the returned products.
